no jimi this is a state issue.
our governor mitch daniels put these cuts into affect when he took office but they didnt start cutting till the first of august 2008.
three months before re-election.
see not many people will hear about this until after the election.
its a medicade and medicare waiver program.
it pays for in home health care.
